Cheesy Fiesta Chili Mac
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/4 cup Simply Salsa
- 1-2 Tbsp. Fiesta Party Dip Mix
- 14.5 oz. can diced tomatoes
- 8 oz. can tomato sauce --or enchilada sauce (omit water)
- 1/2 cup water
- 7 oz. macaroni, prepared
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Brown ground beef in large skillet; drain. Add next five ingredients; bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, for 20 minutes. Pour ground beef mixture over hot macaroni; sprinkle with cheese. Makes 4 servings.
